I listened to this book as an audiobook and found it to be perhaps an even better mystery than the first book. I had no idea who the murderer was. In fact, I suspected someone else the entire time. Again, some info was held back, but not too much, so I didn't resent it! I just love love love Amelia and Emerson. They are the best couple, and I can't believe that these books haven't been made into movies. I imagine either Minnie Driver or Kate Winslet as Amelia and either Colin Firth or Russell Crowe as Emerson (although Cary Grant in his heyday would be perfect, if only . . .) All of these actors are a little old for the first book though. Anyway, maybe someday they'll make these books movies! I'd love to go see them.
