Coastliners: A Novel by Joanne Harris
Beautifully crafted and well thought out, Joanne Harris has done it again with her unexpected twists and turns. The descriptions of the island, Le Devin, and the tides are magical. When you are finished reading the book, you don't want to leave the island. I have now deemed Joanne Harris as my favorite writer, she has replaced Nicholas Sparks. Each one of her books is unique and creative. Each story fine tuned with attention to detail.
I love the characters in Coastliners. I especially liked Flynn from the beginning even though I didn't trust him throughout the book, I still liked him in the end.
