Next book in her Navy Seal series that predates her Seal/Troubleshooters bestsellers series. In this one we follow Harlan " Cowboy" Jones rescuing a hostage in a country taken over by a extremist regime. They connect and have 6 days of lust. Move forward 7 months, Cowboy is still thinking about Melody and shows up on her door step. Surprise, Melody is 7 months pregnant and doesn't want him to do the right thing. She wants an average life not a part time adrenaline junkie partner that is barely there. This is told mostly from the man's POV which I found interesting. It's fluff, yes but interesting fluff and from what I have read of Brockmann she hasn't remix this particular twist in her new series. But I haven't read all of the titles of the new series.
