Read from May 21 to June 14, 2012

Never not funny, this 1975 novel could have been written yesterday. A savage satire on Wall Street deal-making, American politics, corporate culture and the futility of redemption through art among other things.

Yeah, it's a classic, but its lessons are timeless. And often laugh-out loud funny.

Tony you're the better man than I, Pat. Tried to trudge through this bile a few years back, but gave up pretty quick. Too experimental for my liking. Give me a more linear story plot any time.
