My wife, who also read this book, said that it was totally OK for me to have a midlife crisis learning to be a Tuscan butcher, but I still think I've just missed my calling.

Also: this book will make you hungry.

Becky After reading this all I wanted to do was to make pasta from scratch. I haven't managed yet, but I totally want to.
