For an introvert, this is a wonderful book that explains the difference between introverts and extroverts in a way that does not cast judgement on one personality trait or the other. In fact, it makes quite a compelling case for the need and value-added that introverts bring to society, relationships, and the workforce. For someone who grew up thinking that there was something wrong with them because they didn't fit into the societal ideal, this book lets you know that there are many others like you. And that it's OK.
