What to say about this book? Well I like Gwen Frost (the heroine)enough most of the time except for the over usage of the words gypsy gift. I mean seriously i'm pretty sure that phrase is in this book a thousand times. blah. The other thing that i absolutely HATE about this book is the authors gratuitous use of the word "slut" in regards to a couple of female students when the author has paired said sluts with a man whore but besides a few sparing snipes about it its almost as if the author is saying its ok he is a man whore cause you know he is hot and has washboard abs and well what female can resist that!! Some things i like and maybe even love? I like Gwen's powers i was very scared that her powers were going to be like rogue's from x-men when i read a review about not being able to touch people but it is nothing like rogue's gwen just doesn't touch people to save herself from seeing all there deep dark secrets. with that being said Gwen LOVES secrets that is how she finds herself in trouble with the head "mean girl" Jasmine that is actually suppose to be dead but she isnt cause she needed to fake her own death to get revenge on her slut of a bff. Yea just yea. So all in all this book isn't bad i just wish that females weren't described as sluts through out the book.
