King Dinosaur's review
Memoirs of a Mangy Lover by Groucho Marx
Man, I love Groucho. This book was written in 1963, I believe, so not everyone is going to find his more risque humor palatable (lots of references to spousal abuse of various kinds and tons o' drunk gags) but if you put aside your 21st century political correctness for a while and just get into the sarcastic wit of one of the world's all-time funniest men you should find this book highly enjoyable.
I did.
I did.
The only thing that bothers me about this book is that I cannot remember if I have or have not read it. I read at least one, possibly two books of his, but I only own/can find one, and I've read him quoted so often and seen his various interviews that I cannot sort out what just is familiar from what I've read.Guess I need to read it to see if I'm reading it again...
