Finding Ultra: Rejecting Middle Age, Becoming One of the World's Fittest Men, and Discovering Myself

I'm not typically into biographies, especially about athletes. However, Finding Ultra was a great way to get into this kinds of books. This is an account of someone who was on the brink of losing it all, including himself, then decided to pick himself up and become even better than he thought he ever could be. It is easy to read. I could visualize his stories clearly in my head. The pace of the book was pretty good, but there were some parts that dragged on just a bit. I'm glad he made an appendix at the end, because if that information was in the actual book, I wouldn't have finished it most likely. I did skim through the appendix and he had some good health tips. This really is a good read about overcoming obstacles, perseverance, and enriching your life.
