Seemingly a series of ramblings of a mad man, but I enjoyed it and couldn't agree with him more. Highlights include the Beattitudes and Vonnegut's wondering about the ultra-Christian Bush Administration and the Pentagon truly adopting the "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be known as the children of god." Brilliant.
