Keith's review
Horton Hears a Who! by Dr. Seuss
This book is deftly written. It is subtle. It is sly. It is tender. It is the good Dr. at his lyrical best. It is an allegory for those who hate allegory. It is narrative for those who simply love the sound of words. It is prose that is equal parts silly, biting, and sparce. All of this in a children's book! This, in my opinion, is one of the best books ever written in any genre. A good book is a good book... no matter how small.
