Of course it was incredible because Chrissie has done so many incredible things! As a big fan of her triathlon career, it was really interesting to read about her pre-triathlon career too. She's pretty cool! Also, good for her to writing this book herself, you know?
Though it was adorably British, I also found it fairly repetitive, as if she expected people to read chapters in isolation (Yes, we know about your bone calcification. Yes, we know the splits they show you during races are often very outdated. Did you just use the phrase "decidedly suboptimal" again?)
Still, if you're into racing or pushing yourself at all, this book is inspirational and worth the read
