it was amazing

Jake & Ally are back for senior year, and if the course of true love weren't complicated enough, one-night stand Chloe claims Jake as the father of her baby bump. Good guy Jake steps up and tries to keep everything together in his suddenly less-than-perfect life, and between getting pummeled by Chloe's baby daddy wannabe on the soccer field, studying for the SAT, and trying to finally enjoy his relationship with Ally, it's a lot to handle. Meanwhile, Ally has to endure boyfriend Jake skipping dates with her to take Chloe to doctor appointments, wondering about her college prospects and figuring out how to handle her mom's upcoming second marriage. Somehow through all this drama, Scott crafts a story that still maintains her trademark humor, spot-on dialogue, and realistic character development. Yeah! - an excellent series to read and recommend! Kudos as well for treating teens, teen pregnancy and the decisions, emotions, and confusion that this situation entails, with a sophistication rarely seen in YA lit.
