Decent Asimov. Definitely not his best, but interesting. People travel through time and manipulate the timestream to avert major global disasters. Sort of psychohistory meets the Minority Report. Of course, Asimov throws in some goofy love story. If you like time travel on a super scale a la Time Masters...its kind of cool.
