Like any good comic filled with talking cats in hats and spats, Lackadaisy is a cute, fluffy, light-hearted read heavy laden with tommy guns, exploding stills, and occasional murderous bloodlust. Though it ends all too soon, it's still a very fun romp with gorgeous artwork while it lasts. Give it a go online at least, and if you like it enough to want to support Ms. Butler, the book comes with a pile of goofy artwork, mini-comics, and a glossary of indecipherable Prohibition slang in the back.
