The best way I can describe this book is...quirky. It has a very strange format and tons of little drawings all over the place, but over all, the content of the book is a refreshing reminder that it's entirely possible to be a part of a large organization without becoming a nameless, faceless cog in a machine. While MacKenzie's approach frequently includes things the average employee could not get away with, it's a refreshing look at what's possible in a large organization if you dedicate yourself to making yourself AND the organization the best you can while still maintaining your unique individuality.
