really liked it

Want to read a book about a bunch of adulterous drunks? Then this is your book! Sort of. The author gives us an unflattering look at 1920's life in Paris, when people were willing to try out new social norms at the risk of their own ultimate well-being. Overall, this book has inspired me to pick up a few of Hemingway's work, particularly the one he wrote at the end of his life and expresses his regret over losing his first marriage, "A Moveable Feast."
