The third book in Wells' trilogy about John Cleaver, the teenage sociopath who tries to channel his more revolting urges into investigating "demon" serial killers (somewhat supernatural creatures of varying abilities). In I Don't Want to Kill You John is waiting for what he thinks is the inevitable arrival of "Nobody", the demon he taunted in the last book.
Some of the plot twists were a little bit predictable, but IDWtKY was a similarly tensely enjoyable thriller to the previous two books.
