it's a true story of Dr.Wangari Maathai,is an environmental/political activist. She helped to start the Green Belt Movement calling attention to environmental issues, specifically the erosion of the land. She has helped to plant millions of trees in Kenya, and this book is dedicated to her work, and the work of many committed to the movement.
