What a wonderful book. It's a mystery surrounding the blue color that was used to paint most of our favorite masterpieces. Using real accounts from biographies of famous painters, Christopher Moore pieces together a humorous tale of murder, madness, and love.
Having read all of his books I would say it's not as funny as Lamb but it follows the same structure, you know... a ridiculously funny story with a little love but not the mushy kind, with some well known parts borrowed. And it has inspired me to look up a lot of what he was talking about, painting and what not. Worth it, totally.
