I've been an avid Utah Jazz fan all of my life. Growing up watching John Stockton and Karl Malone play was something that will stay with me forever. They defined basketball for me.

This book holds some valuable history of the Jazz and their rode to the 1996-97 NBA Finals.

It goes through the troubles in New Orleans to the change in ownership and location in Utah. It focuses on Stockton, Malone, and coach Jerry Sloan.

The writing quality is great! It was fun to relive some of the games described. Any Jazz fan would benefit from reading this book.

Helynne Sounds like a great choice that Laurie would like as well!

Jesse Booth I don't generally read non-fiction, but this caught my eye! I was browsing Amazon looking for a DVD collection of the best moments with the Utah Jazz, but couldn't find anything. So I looked in the books and this one had some good reviews. The Centerville Library has a copy and we're going to swing by to pick it up tonight.
