I LOVE this book! It gives you a really good taste of how life was for people in the middle ages, which I was really interested in at the time that I read this book. Eleanor has actually quite an interesting story, and there is a good backstory about her father, who goes on a pilgrimage (he got excommunicated from the church by Pope Innocent III) I highly recommend this book to people who like the Middle Ages, and to people who like reading about monarchs.
