This was a really fascinating look at the early AIDS epidemic in the United States in rural areas of the country. I was shocked to see the treatment of the AIDS patients by some of the doctors and nurses and I guess I didn't realize the gravity of fear and stigma surrounding those infected by the medical community.

Really fascinating and heartbreaking.
