This was a really good quick read. Obviously some of the carnage is a little tough to read through, as it can get pretty graphic in some of the descriptions. I would have liked a little more info on how exactly Kehoe pulled it off and what he did to prepare for the attack, though I realize that this information may not be known or available. The level of detail was excellent, and despite the fact that there are a lot of people who are described rather quickly, the author did a good job of portraying the humanity of the victims and their families, drawing them out into real people as opposed to just names on a list of casualties. This book documents a mostly forgotten but truly amazing event in American history and was a solid read from start to finish.
