Okay, most of this book is such the stuff of fantasy that I started to seriously wonder if this was just going to turn out to be a dream or something the main character was having. And, OF COURSE, part of the appeal of this book is the fantasy. But, well, I want my fantasy to seem like it COULD happen, you know? This didn't. And then (view spoiler)[she doesn't even end up with the rock star! If you're going to go over-the-top, with everything seeming just perfect, then that has to happen! Oh, except for I guess it's also a pretty huge fantasy that her boyfriend would be absolutely okay with everything that happened and their relationship is just fine! (hide spoiler)]

And maybe this would've been better if it were longer (it's only 200 pages), but I just didn't get much character depth at all, from anyone. I didn't get that Hazel was really struggling between her boyfriend and the rock star. I just. Again, I want more reality in my fantasy.

Katie I WAS JUST INNOCENTLY BROWSING.
