really liked it

I purchased this book because the author spoke at a church service I attended and I was intrigued with the points he made. The author starts writing from his atheist point-of-view from 20 years ago, then launches in to interviews he had with Christian Scientists (scientists who are Christian...not to be confused with the Tom Cruise variety). The points these Scientists made were fascinating. Because I didn't believe some of what they were spouting, I actually researched their points for independent confirmation of the facts.

I really enjoyed this book, but was extremely put out that the author (who is/was a journalist) didn't present the OTHER side of the argument. I would have liked him to approach Atheist Scientists with the view points of the Christian Scientists for a more round discussion.

Very thought provoking, but be prepared for the obvious outcome.
