I loved Crunch! I fell in love with Leslie Connor after reading Waiting for Normal and couldn't wait to read Crunch!

It didn't disappoint! It may seem like just the simple story of a family owned bike shop and the awesome kids who run it during a gas shortage while their parents are away, but Crunch is so much more.

I was quickly attached to this adorable family that could be living in the 1950's or the 2000's. Their cute, quirky, and totally believable antics, especially Dewey and the twins, pulled me right into that crunch with them.

This is an awesome middle grades read, but older readers will like it too. It's a book that can hit at several levels and I enjoyed them all!

Can't wait for more Leslie Connor!
