Winter is coming .... Oh, wait. Wrong series.
However, winter is coming in Trade Paperback #15 ... and it is heavily Rick centered, for good or for bad. The community is safe for now and Rick & Co are committed to keeping it that way, though seeds of rebellion and disruption are already starting to brew.
The very last image is one that will either make you sit up and cheer or groan out loud and claim that the series has officially jumped the shark. I did a little of both, but I'm still in it and anxiously awaiting #16.
