There is a reason this series and Brian Vaughan is a winner of the Eisner Award for best writer. I have been loving the Y: The Last Man storyline.

Volume 7: Paper Dolls has been one of the best books yet in this series. I say that every new volume I read, but this one really started closing the gap on so many things. We learn more about the past of agent 355. We also learn and get to be apart of the fate of Yorick's mom, Dr. Mann, Beth(#2), and our new Australian mates.

So many institutions, churches, and countries are struggling to get power. I guess the quest for superiority is not just a man's quest (at least not according to this book).

I highly recommend this series. I have enjoyed the story (well written) and the art. Reading this volume was pure entertainment. My only gripe about this book is that they are short and never last.
