bookshelves: family, multicultural

Good book t tells what the little girl Pippa sees when she goes to the parade with her mom and dad. It describes everyhting she does, and how much she enjoys herself. The book has good rhyme in it, and it is also a multucultural book. The characters trhoughout the book are different races.

An activity I would do with the children is that we would make our own little parade in the classroom and try to re-create as many things as we can, that happened in the parade Pippa went to see.
