I think what I liked most about this book was the growth of the main character, Avery. Shana did a great job incorporating OCD in to Avery's grief of her mother leaving as well. I didn't rate it higher because it always felt like there was something missing. I kind of had to force myself to pick this one up, but once I would get in to it I would find myself enjoying it more than I thought I would.
Zac is hands down the best character in the book. I love all his energy and borderline (or maybe not so borderline) ADHD. It was such a nice contrast between him and Avery, which was a really smart move on Shana's part. All in all this was pretty cute and definitely well-written, but probably not one I'd pick up again.
