There were a lot of parts of the book that I did enjoy but at times the author seems a little bit bias and plus most of the book is summarizing studies that have been done...which can get a boring after a while. It's a great read for someone who's into exercise science but they're going to lose the average reader (especially if they don't have a prior knowledge of the terminology). Since I'm an exercise physiology major I did enjoy seeing how exercise has the potential to have a future in treatment rather then just medication but I think we are a long way from it being taken seriously.
