Read from April 18 to 21, 2012

There are two worlds: London Above and London Below. The main character of this book, Richard, is suddenly thrown into London Below and discovers all the things that were right in front of him that he never saw before. A lot of very dark things.

This book begins as an enjoyable and entertaining read and then suddenly things come together and you can see the structure that was there the whole time but that you didn't really notice because you were enjoying the ride. At least that's the way it was for me. And when the plot threads come together I remember why I love Neil Gaiman's work so much: he has a lovely dark sense of humor and a beautiful way of writing it into stories.
