Very good book. I especially liked the concentration on the scientists trying to solve the problem of influenza. Unfortuantely their dedication to the wrong cause for the disease was a frustrating, human narrow-mindedness that greatly hampered the search for the real cause. The political meddling was horrific and greatly lowered my estimate of President Woodrow Wilson and those others who held responsible positions.
