I'm probably the last person in America interested in food/restaurants to read this. Really entertaining (despite his rants about vegetarians being the destroyers of all that is good in life), but it's a mess structurally - no cohesive narrative, just a bunch of anecdotes thrown together. Enjoyable nonetheless, and I will never think about fine dining the same way again.
