really liked it
Read from April 17 to 21, 2012

Really awfully sweet and endearing and sad and sort of strange in places. Dotted with all kinds of references I half got but the whole of it was so charming. It's the sort f book that, on finishing it, I find I'll miss the characters now that the story is done.

44.0% "Okay so this book is actually really terrific so far in kind of a quaint British way where I love it for the charming awkwardness of it. It's like a smarter, less polished ready player one but about British sci-fi and faerie magic instead of video games and American nerd pop culture. Really pretty and a little sad so far."
