really liked it

I love Henry Rollins. Everything from his music [Black Flag to Rollins Band], to his spoken word, as well as his spoken word live stuff.

The Portable Henry Rollins is like a primer for someone who wants to get into Rollins' literary pursuits, but it does not lack in terms of substance. It is a mix of a bunch of poems, essays, stories from his previous books.

Overall, I really enjoyed the book. Some of the stories he writes about haunt me. But, there were also some parts that I didn't really like.

If you want to get into Rollins, this would definitely be a good start.
