it was amazing

These are some of the greatest superhero comics ever written. Even if you have no interest in Thor as a character, you will find something to appreciate here. From a storytelling standpoint, these represent a landmark, even if some of Simonson's techniques have fallen out of fashion. The one downside to this book is its sheer enormity. You get all of Simonson's Thor work here, including the Balder the Brave series he wrote. Even for a Marvel Omnibus, this book is simply massive. Don't expect to read it in one sitting. It does make it difficult to hold, but it's worth it. Highly recommended.
