Okay, so I'm not a runner, not even a little bit (although I did think about all my runner friends...paticularly you Alyssa!) but this book was really interesting to read even for me. It was well written with both facts, science, legend and story mixed in. And I found myself with a little more desire to want the desire to run, even barefoot. :) Although I will never, ever not even in the next life be able to become like the runners in this book because I would have to give up my obession with books and replace it with an obsession with running and that's just not going to happen. Because personally I don't think I was born to run...I was born to read.

Alyssa Yay! Now I need to read this book...I don't think I could ever run barefoot either though.
