This book offers mentoring advice to those who may not have access to high level business mentors. There is some good advice from the author as well as many other high level women business executives. The author talks about taking time to reflect through prayer or meditation that some might find off-putting. I think her intention is to tell you that you need to find a place of stillness and be in the moment so you can determine and stay on target for your goals.

It's a useful book for those seeking to be mentored as well as those who want to mentor others.
