Read from April 14 to 23, 2012

Strong collection of some of DFW's magazine pieces and a good introduction to his style.

Join him as he visits the porn equivalent of the Academy Awards (hilarious and sad), spends a week travelling with the John McCain camp in his run for the Republican candidacy in 2000 (surprising and enlightening) and teaches us about lobsters, their ability to feel pain and the moral quandry of boiling a live animal in a pot to eat it (terrifying and abhorrent). Lovely stuff.
