I'm making my life easy in this review: What Kurtis Said.

As an audio, it's pretty good--Gaiman reads it himself, and he's always worth listening to. His voice does have more of a reading-a-bedtime-story current to it, which is a little jarring when a story makes reference to used condoms littering the ground and other mild sexual references, but still, worth the listen.
