Catching Fire is a very good book. It has many themes and a lot of suspense and action. This book describes everything that the Capitol does to Katnniss in revenge of starting rebellions. Many new characters are introduced like Finnick or Joahna. Katnnis has to deal with many things. She has internal and external conflicts. External conflicts are Katniss having to survive the Hunger Games once more in the Quarter Quell. The Quarter Quell ocurrs every 25 years of Hunger Games and each year something special happens. This Quarter Quells were one year after Katniss and Peeta won the 74th Hunger Games. this Quell two victors from each district have to return and play in the Hunger Games again and against 23 former victors. Internal conflicts are Katniss adapting to her new life and she has to decide between Peeta and Gale. She still acts as Peeta's lover but only because she has to. she was threatened to be with Peeta or her love ones will suffer. She really has to look realistic of being in love with Peeta. she was Forced to engage with Peeta and to make it more realistic Peeta told everyone Katniss was pregnent. You get really hooked with this book. I read non-stop and finished it in 2 days. I started once I got the book.
