One of the better books by endurance athletes that I've read. The title page says Chrissie Wellington with Michael Aylwin, which probably made the difference. More athletes should employ a co-author!
Chrissie seems pretty amazing. Tons of drive and obviously natural talent, but she doesn't appear to have an elitist attitude, despite her astounding success. She's quick to point out how privileged she is to be a professional athlete and how she respects the age-groupers who train for iron-distance races while juggling full time jobs and families. She also has a chapter about inspirational triathletes, i.e. the Hoyts.
