This kid grew up with six brothers. How is that possible?! But now he gets put into going into a Catholic school. His family loves comic books, lazy summers at the lake with time to kill, babysitting misadventures, TV shows, jokes told at family dinner, and the result is Knucklehead. When all the brothers were doing something wrong the mom or dad would say knuckleheads stop! They would stop. That is how the got the name knuckle head. One of the short stories was about the brothers fighting on the new couch and then all the sudden you hear a big crack and you know the couch broke. That is how they got the name from doing so many weird and crazy things.

Some things I like about this book is it was really funny and they had really good voice. When I reed the very first short story it was really funny! I hope Jon Scieszka makes another book like this. I hope you read knucklehead by Jon Scieszka.
