I want to give this book a 4 3/4 really. I felt like the ending was abrupt and left me kind of confused (it might've just been my not wanting Edgar to die). Other than that though, I found this book extremely interesting and well-written. I was so impressed by the chapters from the dogs' point of view, they were insightful, unique and heart-warming. I am not an animal person, so I wasn't sure how I'd actually feel about this book. But, as the book progressed, I found myself wanting a Sawtelle dog of my own! I thought this was a great way to re-apply Shakespeare into our modern world. HIGHLY enjoyed this read!
