self help ultra light
This isn't even a book, more like an essay, with full page photos, quotes & recipes bulking it out.
Even worse the rest of the book, in between Janet's self pity, is made up of stories from 'friends' & fans.
Nothing about the superbowl, barely a mention of Jermaine Dupri or anything past The Velvet Rope and she's legally gagged from discussing Rene Elizondo!
All that's left is the barest of biographies peppered with inane clichés and praise for her personal trainer & current diet guru/nutritionalist. No eating plan or exercise regime is offered, no deep insights, no dragons slain or demonstrable vanquished.
