Awesome!!

I love being able to read vampire books and not feel like it was basically the same story-line as other vampire books. Yes we will all typically get the same information about vampires, that seems like it will never change. Can't go into the light, feed off blood, blah blah, etc etc.

The one thing I loved about this novel, is that these Vampires belong in their own world. V.C (Vamp City) to be exact. This city is based on the original D.C in like the 1800's. Magic was used in order to create this world for vampires to live in. Also, when humans are brought into this world, the never come back out.

So when Quinn and her brother Zack are sucked into this Vampire world, it's gonna take a miracle to get out alive. These Vampires not only drink blood to feed, they mostly feed off of emotions.

That was a wicked change in some of the normal vampire books that I read. Some will feed off fear, some off of pain and others off of pleasure.

Zack and his sister end up getting seperated and learns that she is alot different then most humans. She learns she has the magic to keep this Vamp City alive.

Auturo is something else, damn damn he was sexy in such an odd way. I could never trust him more then I could throw him and I didn't know whether or not I wanted to jump him or slap him!

And the ending.....well let's just say I more or less was heart broken, then super pissed.

I loved it though. Very good read :)
