Only had time to try two things, the savory grits with favas & roasted fennel and the tortillas with chard, currants, and guacamole, before my library loan ended but both were truly delicious. I appreciated the seasonal groupings of recipes because that's the way my community eats. Even just in the spring recipes, though, there were many I want to try next time around:

Ginger molasses cake
Minted citrus sweet tea
Aromatic asparagus & sweet potato curry
Bissap cooler
Jerk tempeh with cilantro sauce
