4.5 stars. This is a great book for someone who is passionate about running. There is a lot of science and theory as to why humans were made to run...I may not agree with all of the "evolution" ideas, but overall there were a lot of interesting points made. My only complaint would be that there was A LOT of jumping around, and while that usually does not bother me, this was a little out of control. Stories were being told within stories being told within stories, making it very hard to remember what the starting idea was in the first place. But if you hang in there, it does always come back around and the stories really are rather amazing. And most of all, it got me even more pumped about running!
